Join Christy Hughes for “Flow in Nature” on the native thunder turf lawn at The Ditch Water Discovery Center.

  • Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat or Heavy Towel, Water Bottle

  • This session is ideal for adults and children aged 4 and up. Please note that an adult must accompany all children.

Meet the Instructor: Christy Hughes, RYT-200 and owner of The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness, has practiced yoga for over ten years and began teaching in 2023. Specializing in Beginner and Slow Flow Yoga, Christy skillfully modifies poses to accommodate participants of all ages, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of their yoga background.
